At Wild Spirit Blooms, we believe every space deserves a touch of untamed beauty. Each arrangement is handcrafted with premium faux florals and a whole lot of heart. Since our blooms are made-to-order just for you, we take extra care to ensure they journey safely from our studio to your sanctuary.

Shipping Your Blooms

• Processing Time: Our magic takes time. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or for large centerpieces, we may need a little extra time to get every petal perfect.

• The Journey: We package every arrangement securely to withstand the bumps of the road. We ship via USPS, and you’ll receive a tracking number the moment your blooms hit the trail.

• Arrival Times: Standard shipping generally arrives within 3–10 business days. Please remember that once a package leaves our hands, carrier delays or weather are out of our control—but we’re always here to help you track it down.

Local Wildflowers (Dripping Springs, TX)

If you’re local to the Dripping Springs area (within 60 miles), we offer local delivery! If you prefer to swing by, pickup instructions will be sent once your order is ready for its new home.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our arrangements are custom-crafted and made-to-order, all sales are final. However, your happiness is our North Star. We want you to love your blooms as much as we loved making them.

If Things Go Wrong (Damaged or Incorrect Orders):

If your order arrives bruised from the journey or isn't what you ordered, let’s fix it:

1. Reach out within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Send us some photos of the damage and the packaging to Wildspiritblooms@gmail.com.

3. The Solution: Depending on the situation, we will provide a replacement, a repair, or store credit.

Our Quality Guarantee:

While we don’t accept "change of heart" returns, we stand by our craftsmanship. If there is a true issue with the materials or construction upon arrival, we will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:

To keep our spirit wild and our studio moving, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our creations. This includes:

• All Faux Floral Arrangements (both our Signature Collection and Custom Designs)

• Seasonal or Sale items

Changing Your Mind?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as we haven't started building your arrangement. Email us immediately if you need to make a change!
